The karmicbureau.online website operates under the Karmic Bureau name. The Karmic Bureau project operator determines the purposes and means of processing. Data requests and legal notices may be sent to support@karmicbureau.online. The website does not claim that a separate company or UK establishment has been registered.
2. Data we receive
- A subject name or user-recognisable label and the application text.
- Technical information: page path, event time, device type, browser, operating system, language, referring site and campaign tags.
- An optional email address, verification details and notification status.
- Optional Telegram identifiers when a user chooses to connect that feature.
- Technical security and administrative audit records.
3. Important rule about other people
Do not submit a full address, identity documents, health, financial or intimate information, passwords or other sensitive data about yourself or anyone else. A first name, alias or label meaningful only to you is normally sufficient for a playful application.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Creating and displaying an application, user archive and requested notifications — to provide the chosen feature.
- Abuse prevention, diagnosis and audit — the legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service.

5. Cookies and local storage

6. Retention

- A Telegram connection token remains valid for 15 minutes.

- The browser analytics identifier lasts up to 12 months. Server-side statistical events are retained while needed to measure service operation and security, and are reviewed when processing purposes change or in response to a justified request.
- De-identified technical audit records may be kept longer where required for security, dispute resolution or law.
7. Recipients
Data is available only to authorised administrators and infrastructure providers required for hosting, email delivery and security. When Telegram is connected voluntarily, relevant information is also processed by Telegram under its own terms. We do not plan to sell personal data or share it with advertising networks.
8. International processing
Internet infrastructure may process information in more than one country. The operator uses contractual and technical safeguards where applicable law requires them.
9. User rights
